What are the shipping options?

We ship with Australia Post, to anywhere they deliver in Australia. We have a standard and express service available. If you are in Melbourne and have a gifting emergency, contact us at hello@jadoregifts.com.au and we will do everything we can to assist you.

For urgent orders that require next-day delivery, please select 'Express Shipping' at the checkout. Please note, we cannot take responsibility for any missing parcels or delays in delivery.

Delivery Information

We ship Monday – Friday and we are closed on the weekends.

Our standard shipping option in Australia is sent out via Australia Post - see delivery times below.

  • Orders within Victoria;
  • Metro - up to 5 business days
  • Country - up to 10 business days

Orders outside of Victoria:

Metro - up to 3 - 6 business days, depending on destination points

Country - Please ask at your local Post Office

*For orders sent with Express shipping, Australia Posts next day delivery guarantee covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.

Can you deliver on a specific day?

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date as we are reliant on third party, however if you email us at hello@jadoregifts.com.au with your order number and the date you’d like it to arrive on, we will do our best to accommodate. Alternatively, we can add a cute “Do not open Until _____” sticker on the box. Just include a note at check out.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in Australia that Australia Post delivers to. International shipping will be on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Just email us at hello@jadoregifts.com.au. Please note that our free shipping codes only apply to orders within Australia.

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped 1 - 3 business days. Express orders before 12pm will be processed the same business day, after 12pm it will shipped the next day.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders over $75. If you’re ordering under $75, shipping rates apply. Standard shipping is $10 and Express shipping is $15.

What I want to do multiple orders and different addresses?

I need to ship multiple gifts to different addresses, but I don’t want to create multiple orders.

What will my order arrive in?

SINGLE PRODUCTS; that do not include a gift box will be sent out wrapped in tissue paper with a belli band inside a satchel. Please let us know if it is a gift item and we can make it special. There is extra charge for gift box.

GIFTS BOXES; will arrive in a kraft shipping box and enveloped with tissue, with a standard J'adore Gifts postcard and wrapped with a belli band.

When are you launching more gift boxes?

We love finding new and amazing items to include in our gift boxes, and some items are limited production. So we change things up and keep them fresh! Sign up to our mailing list to be in the know.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final, however, if the gift arrives faulty or damaged from transit please photograph the gift and email us as soon as possible. More on refunds

What about Change of mind, Refunds, and Cancellation?

Email us immediately for any order cancellations hello@jadoregifts.com.au. However, we cannot accept order cancellations, changes or refunds once your order has been dispatched or delivered, it’s all yours.

I made a mistake on my order, what should I do?

Please notify us of any mistakes as soon as possible by emailing us at hello@jadoregifts.com.au. If an incorrect delivery address or incorrect delivery name has been supplied and we have already dispatched the gift, a re-delivery fee will apply. Re-delivery fees are quoted on a case by case basis depending on the delivery suburb. Gifts cannot be re-dispatched until payment has been confirmed.

Can I use multiple promo codes in the same order?

You can use a voucher and promo code in the same order but unfortunately, you can only use one promo code per order.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
